In 1965 when engineering in India was at a very nascent stage; SHREE KHODIYAR GROUP was born as Nutan Sanitation / Dilip Builders. It's primary business then was carrying out Civil Construction and Plumbing jobs, at Borivali, Mumbai (India).
With the great vision, complete dedication and sleepless hard nights of founder Chairman Shree VRAJLAL BHIMANI, it achieved spectacular growth within three decades and grew to a decent sized conglomerate of six Registered Companies, spreading wings and setting up functional offices in several regions. From the modest beginning in a small cabin, Shree Khodiyar Group today has grown multi fold, having two floors of office space with state-of-the-art communication and design facilities and dedicated technical & administrative staff, strengthened enough to accept challenging jobs of any magnitude.
