Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Buzaao website,
mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By registering
with, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree, you must not use our Service.
1. Eligibility & User Categories
Our platform is
open to:
- Manufacturers (who list
and sell products)
- Traders
& Contractors
(who buy, sell, or distribute products and services)
- Corporate
Clients
(who procure solutions for their organizations)
- General
Users
(who access the platform for information or services)
You confirm that
you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding
contracts.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
- Users must
provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating an
account.
- You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree
not to impersonate others, misrepresent your business, or provide false
information.
- Any activity
conducted through your account will be deemed as your responsibility.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use
Buzaao only for lawful business purposes related to the fire industry. You must
not:
- Modify,
copy, or reproduce platform content without authorization.
- Upload
false, misleading, or fraudulent product/service information.
- Attempt to
hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
- Engage in
unauthorized commercial use, spamming, or data scraping.
- Infringe on
any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Marketplace Transactions
- Buzaao acts
as an aggregator and facilitator between manufacturers, traders,
contractors, and clients.
- We are not
a direct seller (unless explicitly stated). The responsibility for
product quality, warranties, and compliance lies with the seller.
- Buyers and
sellers are expected to independently verify product details,
certifications, and service agreements.
- Buzaao is
not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising out of transactions
between users.
5. Payments
- All payments
must be made only through secure payment gateways integrated into the
Buzaao platform.
- We never ask
for your OTP, CVV, or PIN. Do not share such details with anyone
claiming to represent Buzaao.
- Cash
payments are strictly prohibited. Do not hand over cash to Buzaao
employees, representatives, or agents. Buzaao will not be responsible for
losses due to unauthorized cash dealings.
- Payment
processing is handled by authorized third-party gateways. Buzaao is not
liable for issues arising from such services, but will support users in
resolving disputes.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content
on the Buzaao platform (logos, trademarks, graphics, software, etc.) is
owned by or licensed to Buzaao.
- Users may
not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior
written consent from Buzaao.
7. Data Privacy
Your use of the
platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we
collect, use, and protect user data.
8. Disclaimer
- The platform
and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without
warranties of any kind.
- Buzaao does
not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or accuracy of content.
- Product
warranties, certifications, and quality assurances are the sole
responsibility of the respective sellers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum
extent permitted by law:
- Buzaao shall
not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
- Our total
liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of our
platform will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to Buzaao for
using our Service.
10. Termination
Buzaao reserves
the right to suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to the
platform at its discretion, if you:
- Violate
these Terms
- Engage in
fraudulent or harmful activity
- Misuse the
platform or disrupt operations
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The platform may
contain links to third-party websites or services. Buzaao does not endorse or
take responsibility for such content, policies, or practices.
These Terms are
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad/
Gujarat.
13. Changes to Terms
Buzaao may update
these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon
posting on the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes your
acceptance of the updated Terms.
